Wedelia can grow in Wales at an area that receives full sunshine to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil mainly in tropical climates. Propagation of the plants is from cuttings, layering and division. The plants are excellent ground covers especially for soil retention and erosion control. The plants have use in traditional medicine mainly from crushing the leaves.
