How Do I Plant Backhousia?
To plant backhousia, first pick a sunny to semi-shaded location. Secondly, work the soil getting rid of any weeds, sticks, rocks or rotting vegetation from the planting area. Thirdly, lay out a 7 to 10 cms layer of amendment to improve the drainage and fertility of the soil. Combine the amendment into the soil thoroughly to a depth of about 40 to 50 cms. Five, dig a suitably sized planting hole for the backhousia. Then loosen any snared or ensnared roots using your fingers and place the backhousia into the planting hole. Spread out a 7 to 10 cms layer of mulch over the backhousia. And lastly, water the backhousia thoroughly making sure the soil is well soaked.
