To put up a vinyl fence start by digging holes for your posts and center you posts and add concrete mix into the posts. Step two is putting the bottom rail to the first post and the ends to the bottom rail and insert locking ring on to the next post. Secure the rails by checking for even spacing on the end of each rail and do this to all the posts until the fence covers your compound.
