Penguins almost exclusively live in the southern hemisphere. The birds are not found only in cold climates, only a few species species of penguin live in Antartica.

Pretty much all species, yes. . but some dont live on ice. Do all of the penguins live in the Northern Hemisphere? no they all live in the southern hemisphere.
