Co-dydramol tablets contain two active ingredients, paracetamol and dihydrocodeine. Brufen is used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component. You should not take two different pain medications together.
