Toilets have been around for many centuries in one form or another. Even the Romans had forms of toilets that were rinsed away with running water. There re many types of toilets now a days, there's the classic one that you see in every home, but there are privy's, chemical toilets, overhung latrines and so many other types that can be used depending on the situation and what you need when building or whatever it is you need one for.
