What is an indented letter style?

Indented letter style is often used when a person is writing a formal letter either for personal or business reasons. The indention normally occurs at the beginning of the paragraph and the tab is normally set to 5 spaces inward. When using this method in letter writing you should always precede a new paragraph with an enter to make the line break. There are several websites that show examples of the indented letter style of writing.
