Examples of tagalog monologue?

Answer

Tagalog is the first language of around a quarter of people in the Philippines, and most of the rest of the population speak it as a second. There are some very good examples of monologues in Tagalog. One is the monologue spoken by Satan in Jose Rizal's 'Junto al Pasig.' The play uses drama to pose questions about Christianity and faith. Satan laments his suffering and wonders about the possibility of redemption for those who used to love him. He also condemns those that he blames for his plight.
