To set the time on a babyG watch: press the button on the bottom left until you see the time on the watch, as opposed to the data bank screen. Push the button on the bottom right to switch between standard time and military time, choosing the one you would like to use. Then push the button on the top left and wait for the seconds to start flashing. Press the button on the bottom left again, and the seconds will automatically go to 00. Push the button on the bottom right to move forward and the button on the bottom right to move backward. Push the button on the top left again to save your changes.
