There are many software programs that are designed to help stop adverts from popping up on your computer. If you are using Microsoft internet explorer 6.0, there is a default pop-up blocker that is included in the browser. There are other toolbars that you can download from the internet that will allow you the option of blocking general browser pop-ups from appearing.
