depends on where he would be working, I am a machine operator, who works 2 pm till 10 pm, so I get suppliments for working unsocial hours. plus a suppliment for bieng a mech operator, so I get for 40 hours a week £301, part time is obviously pro rata, but the lad I work with gets £150, same deal but 20 hours, the early shift gets different pay as does the night shift, the drivers also get suppliments for the size of the van/truck they drive, and the shift they work on, I dont know about delivery postman, I work in processing so dont ever see any of them!
