How to fit a pannier rack?

Answer

To fit a pannier rack you slide the load rack onto the back of the bicycle and clip the stem mount to the bicycle's seat stem. Loosen the rear tire's quick release and slide the load rack's forked attachments into the back hub and then tighten the quick release. Lay out the panniers such that the right pannier is on the right side of the bicycle and the left pannier on the left. Slide the right-hand pannier onto the load rack using the hooks. Slide the left-hand pannier onto the load rack with the hooks. Tuck the extra nylon straps into the pannier strap housing to avoid tangles in the wheel spokes.

To fit a Pannier rack, slide the seat assembly off the seat rails; align the front and back rack mounting brackets holes with the front and back seat base holes. Now to put the rack onto a bike, ensure the groove in the sliders aligns with the seat rails and slide the seat assembly onto the seat rails.
