Spread a layer of gravel on the driveway and use markers to mark the boundaries making sure it is 2 inches thick. Mix asphalt mixture with liquid cement and spread it evenly across the driveway using a spreader to make it lie smoothly. Spread crushed gravel over it and use a asphalt spreader to scatter it. Using a drum roller spread it down to make it firm and let it dry for a day or more.
