A simplified memo format is a memo that conveys a message in a shorter way. To write one type memorandum in all caps at the top then enter twice and type the date. After the date hit enter key four times then type in who the memo is for. Hit enter twice and type in the subject of the memo followed by two returns. After the subject you can write the body of the memo.
