Treat a Horse Fly Bites?

Answer

A horse fly is a large fly in the Tabanidae family. When a person if first bitten they may immediately see a bright red raised bump. This red bump can be very painful and will eventually itch and may cause dizziness, weakness, wheezing, red swelling around the eyes, and sometimes become filled with fluid. To treat a horse fly bite a person needs to apply a hydrocortisone cream and take an antihistamine to reduce itching and swelling. Other ways to treat a horse fly bite include applying vinegar or an ice pack on the bite.
