The foot is made up of five metatarsal bones, seven tarsal bones and fourteen phalanges. The tarsal bones include: calcaneus, talus, navicular, medial cuneiform, intermediate cuneiform, lateral cuneiform, and the cuboid. The phalanges are the bones of the toes and each toe has three phalanges.
