What Is a Good Warm up for Netball?

Answer

A good warm up and stretch is always important especially before a game of netball. A simple warm up would be to jog first around the entire court and then sprint at half pace round the entire court. The simplest way would be to receive passes from players to feeders and then pass to the next players for them to go again.
