What Is External Training?

Answer

External training refers to training programs not designed or carried out within the organization. Companies carry out external training because it is less time consuming and they might not have the resources to train in-house. The opposite of external training is internal training, where new employees are trained within the environment they'll be working in and by people employed by that same company.
