What is plastisol made of?

Answer

PVC resin and a thick plasticizing liquid is used to make plastisol ink which is considered to be the most used ink in the UK. The ink is used in apparel printing, multi-colour prints and other fabric prints like garments. I guess the people who say everything is made in China are partly correct because more than 75% of plastisol used in the UK is actually made in China.
1 Additional Answer
Thermally coalescible plastisols comprise dispersions of single-phase particles of random polymers that comprise organic polyelectrolyte, which contain at least 1% by weight of ionisable monomer, dispersed in a medium that comprises a non-volatile liquid, which is compatible with the resin.
