The best island in the Caribbean depends on what you are looking for. In my opinion, Bermuda is the best island in the Caribbean for its great restaurants and pubs, sophisticated resorts, and convenience. However, Jamaica is the place to go if you're looking for an all-inclusive, couples-only resort and I think St. Lucia's dramatic cliff side resorts, unique dining options, and dramatic geography make it an idyllic couples' paradise, reminiscent of the South Pacific.
