What Is the Meaning of Peer Review?

Answer

Peer review can be described as the evaluation of creative work by other people in the same field which is done in order to maintain the quality of work in a particular field. It is based on the concept that a larger group of people will find more weaknesses and errors in a work and will be able to make a more impartial evaluation of it than will just 1 person. Peer review utilises independence and anonymity in its workings.
