The Opera Aida is about an Ethiopian princess who is captured and taken to Egypt for slavery. Radames, who is a military commander conflict between the love he has for her and being loyal to the Pharaoh. To make matters even more complicated, the Pharaoh's daughter called Amneris is in love with Radames who does not feel the same about her. The opera was written by Giuseppe Verdi 1871.
