Trapped wind also known as trapped intestinal gas is a condition that is caused by the accumulation of excessive amount of air or gas in the gut. It normally causes abdominal pain and bloating in all age groups. It makes one to feel a full and tight abdomen.

You mean gas? The food you eat makes the difference. Beans do a good job of making gas, it's the enzymes in them I think. Some foods like fruits and veggies prob give you little gas

I think it probably is brought on by junk food. Probably a reaction to the high fat content. Another possible cause is high dairy content. You may be lactose intolerant.
