Much is known about Anna Frank’s life from her thoughts and hopes jotted down on her diary which was first published as a book in Dutch, in 1947. As a Jew, Anna’s life was one of rules set by the Nazi party and constant escape from persecution, imprisonment and maybe even death, by the cruel Nazis.

Anne Frank's life was normal before her family was forced to go into hiding. Before her family had to go into hiding, she was just a normal kid who had dreams and who liked to play with toys. When they were taken Auschwitz death camp that was in Poland, their hair was shaved off and later Anne was separated from her parents together with her sister. Due to poor conditions in the camps they fell ill and eventually died.
