Chances are the floor in your shed is earth. There is a tremendous amount of moisture which comes out of the ground. Place a vapor barrier down such as heavy plactic or pour a concrete

In 1984. I've found that any extensions built around that time or since have definitely been insulated at the time of building. BUT, not all houses have actually been built with cavity

If it is heated, for building regulations purposes it would be treated as an ordinary extension. Minimum U-value of new walls would therefore be 0.30W/m²K. You would get that
