During his abdication, Nicholas II was in the HQ of the Northern Army led by Adjutant-General Nikolai Ruzski. The Duma and the Petrograd Soviet agreed on his abdication. The abdication was on 13th March, 1917 and then two days later the Tsar renounced the throne.
