Which of the Following Elements Essential to Life Is a Trace Element?

There are different nutrients and minerals and gases that are needed for life to exist. Some of the following trace elements which are essential to life include Boron, iodine, iron, molybdenum and vanadium. A couple of others are selenium and copper.
