Why does Facebook's logo link to http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo instead of just http://www.facebook.com?


I think it's a way to track how you het to the homepage. A lot of sites, when you get to the homepage (especially Facebook) use the url to track "where you come from". I think it's not the best thing they can do if they care about privacy.

You cannot. However, if you choose to fill in the box 'remember me' then when you go to facebook at that computer it should automatically log you in to that account.
